Job Description:

Vehant Technologies is hiring a Service Engineer to work on the troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of X-Ray Baggage Scanner Systems at airports. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations of security equipment and requires hands-on technical expertise.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain X-Ray Baggage Scanner Systems.
• Ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of X-ray machines.
• Diagnose and repair both mechanical and electronic components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software.
• Respond to breakdowns, identify faults, and oversee urgent repair work.
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and effectively.
• Fulfill daily service repair needs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries regarding deployed equipment.
• Stay updated with technical knowledge and product expertise.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

• A Diploma or B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering with relevant work experience.

• Good communication skills in English and a presentable personality.
• Dedication, self-motivation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer tools/software.
• Good physical health (any prior medical history must be disclosed before the interview).
